A combination of Jazz, Street and Disco Dance.
Freestyle is used in Muscials, Pop Videos and on TV. It
s a very informal type of dance and is performed to the
most up to date music.
Our Classes are based around the Salsa and Mambo rhythms
and expand to include the Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Rumba
and Paso Doble.
An ideal way to learn the complete range of sexy energetic
dances.
We offer the chance for you to keep-fit twice a week with
our low-impact aerobics classes.
Stretching and Toning combined with floor-work, we will
have you in shape in no time.
