We welcome Girls and Boys from the age of 3 years upwards and all adults to learn Ballroom, Latin American, Freestyle, Street, Jazz, Aerobics and Salsa

Background – History & Mission
The Academy was established in the year 2000.
C.K’s Academy of Dance offers modern styles of dance, such as Freestyle, Jazz and Street Dance along with the more traditional rhythms of Ballroom and Latin American.
The Academy’s style is versatile enough to allow for experimentation in all styles of dance, allowing for a wide range of choreography. Dedicated to the innovation and presentation of dynamic driven dance, the Academy offers the magical works of its founder and Principal Cheryl-Kay O’Leary.
With the opportunity to perform on stage in yearly showcases, examinations and demonstrations within the local community are available to you. Our mission is to present young promising dancers, and to develop their love and passion for dance to its full.

Cheryl-Kay O’Leary
Fully Qualified IDTA Teacher
(Member of the International Dance Teachers Association)
Cheryl has been dancing for some 25 years, creating and structuring routines and shows not only for the Academy, but also is frequently a guest choreographer for other local dance studio’s and theatrical companies.
No stranger to the performing arts, Cheryl still participates in local annual charity pantomimes, which she also takes pleasure in choreographing.
